 Dark Green & tan are generally the colors available.

If you wish to have a larger variety of brighter colors we can have them but they are not “blackout” & fire  resistant, such as yellow, green, blue, red, purple etc.   Call for current availability.

Materials that come with your new yurt;  Standard purchase

 floor cup / roof cup /  fabric wall w/ windows (depending on size of yurt)  /  screen & clear flap / lattice
 roof rafters /  roof ring  /  acrylic dome / cable / steel door / wood door frame / hardware for assembly

16 ft yurt - standard 2 windows /  20 ft & 24 ft yurt - standard 3 windows /  28 ft & 30 ft yurt standard 4 windows .  Standard size window is 4’ x 3’.  Additional fee for extra windows or alternate sizes.

Acrylic domes are as follows;  16 ft , 20 ft, & 24 ft  yurt 36” dome / 28 ft & 30 ft yurt  48” dome
 
You may add extra features to your yurt as follows;

Door with  half window - add $100.00      Extra standard windows;  $75 each   alternate window size;  CALL
        

Insulation; 16 ft starting at $1000....... $200 more up each size.  This included roof and wall insulation
 (1/4” compressed poly foam  with  inner wall vinyl fabric. )

Extra Screens, clear flaps or solid flaps;  standard size - $45 each

48” Acrylic dome can be placed on a 24 ft yurt for an extra fee;  $350.00

Wire harness Kits;   8 outlets --  w/ ceiling fan & light -- $550.00      
    12 outlets --  w/ ceiling fan & light -- $650.00  

Additional outlets or 220 -  discuss with electrician for expense.

ALL our  yurts are made with  northern spruce wood and  IS NOT sanded and varnished.  Our yurts have their own design different from other manufactured.   We have little overhead due to our home business is hand made, family operated.  That is why our cost is lower than others.
