Colors Available:

Hunters Green, Tan, & Light Grey are generally our standard colors available.  Call  for availability.  ALL our fabric is fire resistant and mildew resistant.  Our fabric is a PVC vinyl coated material, also used by the US Army and is “very” tough, will probably outlast the wooden structure of the yurt. 14 oz to 16 oz on the outside of the yurt and 8 oz for the liners with insulation for our yurts.

Yurt comes in a kit - Kit includes: floor cup - roof cup - fabric wall w/windows (qty. depending on size of yurt) -includes screen & clear window flap - cable - lattice - roof  rafters - wooden roof ring - acrylic dome - steel door - hardware for assembly.
NEW  Glass Storm Windows for your yurt– Tent windows may still be an option.

Domes:   12 ft yurt comes with 24”  diameter Dome;    16, 20, 24 foot yurts come with 36” diameter. 30 ft yurt comes with a 48”  diameter.
             
16 - 30 ft  YURTS come with a 36” steel door /   12 ft yurt comes with 36” wooden door frame.  zipper door            optional.....Yes, you may insert a 36” pre hung door in place of the zipper door.
          *New frame for our yurts allows you to choose your own door if you wish when yurt arrives; exclude                      $200 from your  yurt purchase (other than the 12 ft yurt)

      Add a half window to your door for an additional  $150.00

Insulation:  12 ft yurt– $800.  16 foot yurt starting at $1000 ....each additional size up add $200 more. This includes roof and wall insulation.  (¼ “ compressed polyethylene) w/ liner. ½ is available at extra price.
Please add 30% for ½ insulation.
       
Wire harness:  Our switch box comes with conduit that stretches along the yurt walls for outlets and switch for ceiling fan.  It attaches to a power cord that can be plugged in a standard camping pole outside of the yurt.
                     8 outlets – w/ceiling fan & light –  $650
                    12 outlets - w/ceiling fan & light -   $750    
     any additional outlets discuss with a local electrician for expense.
