Our yurts come with windows!

Storm windows are included on all our yurts, at no extra cost –

Storm window sizes are 28”,32”& 36”.  

Windows have sliding glass panels and a screen so you can open it from the inside!

 The yurt comes with a window frame within the lattice for you to install regular house framed windows including

the storm windows.

This is our old style 20ft yurt at home.  Steve experimented on it first.  He used a chain saw  vs. a circular saw (but that's Steve) lol.  He used a 32” storm window  and made a wooden frame for it to sit in.  We can later put a regular window  in as well with the storm window.  

We spent the night in it after the windows were placed and WOW the difference was fantastic!  It was much warmer with our propane burner on the wall.  Open and closing the windows from the inside makes it really nice!  I even have a window seal inside to set plants on.

The new storm windows has made our yurts more like a cabin than ever before, so convenient to open and close the window when it rains or gets chilly at night and it heats great, a lot better. Cools with an air conditioner great!!.
